Caring for 92 rescue cats in Parekklisia, Cyprus. Every cat deserves safety, food, and love.
About Gardens of St Gertrude
Gardens of St Gertrude is a cat sanctuary in Parekklisia, Cyprus, caring for 92 rescue cats every day. Since 2017, the founders have personally invested over EUR 460,000 in animal rescue across Cyprus — funding veterinary care, spay/neuter programs, emergency surgeries, and daily feeding not only for the 92 cats at Gardens of St Gertrude, but for other rescue organisations who needed help with vet bills they couldn't cover. Every cat here has a name, a story, and a warm place to sleep. The sanctuary is open to visitors and always needs volunteers and donations to keep going.
What we need right now
We always need: dry and wet cat food, flea and tick treatments, cat litter, blankets, and funds for veterinary emergencies.
